New Study Investigates Server Upgrades in PLM Market

TechWise Research recently published a report entitled: Total Cost of Upgrade Study for the Product Lifecycle Management Application Market: Sun SPARC Servers to HP ProLiant Servers. Many companies that run PLM applications do so on multiple Sun SPARC systems. This report includes detailed analyses of the costs and benefits associated with upgrading these Sun SPARC environments to HP ProLiant servers. The three scenarios analyzed all paid for themselves in less than one year (November 2009).
